Here it is simply explained it is the method of analysing Google & other sources data to find a niche which is searched for at least 80-100 times a day, but that Google only returns less than 30,000 pages. So for instance if for example you found a niche “hand-made dog kennels” that was much searched for but that in fact there were few webpages, then that MIGHT be an excellent niche to build a site for.
