Dropshipping sounds really cool, you just advertise a product and when it sells pass on the order details to your Dropshipping Warehouse, they fulfill the order and mail it directly to your customer. You hold no stock, don’t have to worry about posting and packaging, so what can go wrong? Well it requires your Dropshipper to be very efficient and be as concerned as you that the goods are delivered on time.

I was probably unlucky with my Drop Shipper but nothing went smoothly. I’d sell an item that I would find too late was out of stock, or it would get lost in the post. I would be desperately emailing or phoning my Dropshipper and at the same time trying to console my customer. The problem was that I controlled nothing could be sure of nothing. I would end up refunding my customer. Even when a sale went well I found if I added up all my costs I’d make only a tiny profit.

eBayers are always looking for the ideal Dropshipping Product.I am sure there are brilliant Dropshippers but I’m never going to find out; your comments please
