PassiveEarners.com started off as a brand new blog (my first on WordPress) last January so I’m pleased that after just a few months (May 2008) I’ve got Google Page Rank PR2.
It probably helped that I have two other sites with PR
- aloeveraseeds.co.uk Page Rank 4
- successtheory.com Page Rank 3
Yes Page Rank still counts lots of the Internet Marketing schemes I join still sniff at you if you have a PR0
I do a lot of promting with Squidoo as well my main lens is squidoo.com/idiotsguide/ Internet Businesses you can start during your Coffee Break!

Many webmasters will tell you from experience that other factors besides PageRank, such as keyword density and placement, have taken a larger role in website ranking. No one will argue that PageRank has become irrelevant, but there is significant evidence to suggest that PageRank is not quite as important of a factor in website ranking as it once was.
